Noam Gafni is a seasoned hospitality and real estate executive with over 20 years of experience spanning investment, development, and management. As Founder and CEO of Gafni Group, he leads the firm’s investment strategy, deal sourcing, and execution, driving long-term value creation for partners.

Noam’s expertise covers the full hospitality and real estate spectrum, from acquisitions and development to operations and asset management.

Previous Experience:

• InSite Group – Vice President: Built a hotel acquisition and equity partnership pipeline, focusing on hospitality, residential, and mixed-use properties.
   
• Berko & Associates – Co-Head, Hospitality Group: Advised leading hotel companies on acquisitions and investment opportunities across the Eastern U.S.
   
• Luxe Worldwide Hotels – Vice President, Sales & Business Development: Managed global sales and business development for a portfolio of over 200 hotels worldwide.
