Noam Gafni is a seasoned hospitality and real estate executive with over two decades of experience in investment, development, and management. As the Founder and CEO of Gafni Group, he leads the company's investment strategy, sourcing, and execution.

Noam's extensive experience and expertise span the full spectrum of hospitality and real estate, from investment and development to management and operations.

Prior to Gafni Group, Noam held senior roles at:

• InSite Group (Vice President): Developed a hotel acquisition and equity partnership pipeline, specializing in hospitality, residential, and mixed-use properties.

• Berko & Associates (Co-Head, Hospitality Group): Advised top hotel companies on acquisitions and investment opportunities across the Eastern United States.

• Luxe Worldwide Hotels (Vice President, Sales & Business Development): Expanded and managed global sales and business development for over 200 hotels worldwide.
